If such processing is in progress, you have the right to obtain access to, and information about, the personal data processed about you and the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the purposes of the processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the categories of personal data concerned,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been disclosed by the Data Controller, including in particular recipients in third countries and international organisations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the duration of the storage of personal data or, where this is not possible, the criteria for determining that duration,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your further right to request the Controller to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data and to object to the processing of your personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>if the data have not been obtained from you by the Data Controller, you may request any available information on the source of the personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>automated decision-making, where such processing is carried out by the Data Controller in relation to your data, the fact of automated decision-making, including profiling, and clear and unambiguous information about the logic used and its implications for you and the likely consequences of such processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If personal data is transferred to a third country, you have the right to be informed of the adequacy safeguards applicable to the transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may request a copy of the personal data that is the subject of the processing and we will provide you with a copy unless there are legal obstacles to doing so. If you have submitted your request electronically, the information must be provided to you in a commonly used electronic format as required by the GDPR, unless you request otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of the action taken on the request without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt of the request. If necessary, taking into account the complexity of the request and the number of requests, this time limit may be extended by a further two months. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of the extension of the time limit, stating the reasons for the delay, within one month of receipt of the request. Where the data subject has made the request by electronic means, the information shall, where possible, be provided by electronic means, unless the data subject requests otherwise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the controller does not take action on the data subject's request, the controller shall inform the data subject without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt of the request of the reasons for the failure to act and of the possibility for the data subject to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to exercise his or her right of judicial remedy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right to rectification<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the GDPR, you have the right to obtain, without undue delay, upon request, the rectification by the Data Controller of inaccurate personal data concerning you which requires clarification. You also have the right to request that incomplete personal data be completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Right to erasure Right to be forgotten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under this right, you have the right to have your personal data erased at your request, without undue delay under the GDPR, if one of the following grounds applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the personal data processed about you are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed by the Controller;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You withdraw your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the personal data have been unlawfully processed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the personal data must be erased in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the Data Controller is subject; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>personal data are collected in connection with the provision of information society services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the processing is necessary for the following reasons under the GDPR, it is not possible to exercise the right to erasure or the right to be forgotten, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for the purposes of complying with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law that requires the controller to process personal data;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes, where the erasure or the right to be forgotten would be likely to render impossible or seriously impair such processing; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will use all reasonable efforts to delete any information that has been unlawfully disclosed to us and will ensure that such information is not disclosed to or used by others (whether for advertising or other purposes). You can contact us using the contact details above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Right to restriction of processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the GDPR, you have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data if one of the following applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You contest the accuracy of the personal data we process about you, in which case the limitation applies for the period of time that allows us to verify the personal data you have provided to us that we consider inaccurate or incomplete,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the processing is unlawful, but you oppose the erasure of the data and instead request the restriction of their use,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have objected to the processing, in which case the restriction applies for the period until it is established whether the legitimate interests of the Data Controller prevail over your legitimate interests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where processing is subject to a restriction on processing on the basis of the above, such personal data may be processed, except for storage, only with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for important public interests of the Union or of a Member State. The Controller shall inform you in advance of the lifting of any restriction on processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obligation to notify the rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Controller shall inform each recipient to whom or with which it has disclosed the personal data of any rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. We will inform you of these recipients at your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right to data portability<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the GDPR, you have the right to receive personal data concerning you that you have provided to the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and the right to transmit such data to another controller without any hindrance from the Data Controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may exercise your right to data portability in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the processing is based on consent or on a contract, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the processing is carried out by automated means.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In exercising your right to data portability, you have the right to request, where technically feasible, the direct transfer of your personal data from the Controller to the controller designated by you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The right to protest<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the GDPR, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, based on legitimate interests, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
