With the experience and know-how gained over the almost quarter century which lies behind us we have become stable and reliable, thanks to which our name is identified with high quality, versatile individuality, reliability and flexibility both at home and worldwide.
The owners of the family business are the same ever since, and they are managing a GMP-certified company with nearly 50 employees with increasing success.

In cooperation with the development manager, I coordinate and keep together the latest projects of our company in close cooperation with our dealers. The start of a new project always fills me with excitement and it's wonderful to follow the realization of rudimentary ideas and the birth of new products. In addition to my main activities, I also help our partners with the registration processes on the CPNP portal.

My main task is the continuous management and development of the company's quality management system. As a chemical engineer, I try to perform my work precisely and striving for the best, which I also expect from my colleagues. Reliability is important to me, so I strive to provide reliable quality products to our partners as well. I consider it a matter of my heart to implement unique, challenging needs in a sustainable way, during which I can acquire new professional competencies. In addition to my core activity, I also undertake the preparation of product information documentation (TID) for products manufactured by our customers.

The cosmetics industry has been part of my life for over 20 years. Initially I was involved in the industry as a beautician, and later I was involved in the marketing and distribution of professional cosmetic products.
For me, cosmetic products are not just part of my job, knowing and studying cosmetics is also my hobby. So my days are not spent working, but doing what I love.
Being involved in the creation of a product is both exciting and responsible. Seeing the direction that meets the customer's vision and the market's expectations, finding the right packaging and helping to bring a product to life is always a different and exciting task, and a constant learning and development challenge. Working together with our partners and colleagues to create a unique product that meets the customer's expectations is for me a real creative process, and I love every moment of it.

As a biologist, I have always been interested in how scientific knowledge can be put into practice in everyday life. As Quality Management Manager, I am responsible for the operation and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system and for ensuring that our manufacturing processes comply with all aspects of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) in the cosmetics industry.
In my work, I place great emphasis on accuracy and responsible work, as this is the only way to guarantee impeccable quality for our partners and consumers. This is also the approach I take when dealing with complaints, always with the emphasis on experience and prevention. I believe it is important to operate systems that continually reinforce quality and help prevent future defects. I believe that quality management is not only about control, but also about creating value, which contributes to the long-term reliability and performance of our company.
